Growing up in a society where “the thinner you are the more powerful you are”, I tried every diet on the planet, every pill on the market and every trick on the books. I thought every negative comment about my body and actually became my biggest obstacle to achieving a “perfect” body. My weight fluctuated for a couple of years and every diet and exercise I tried seemed to fail on the long run. I was on the edge of an eating disorder and very confused about my emotional state. It wasn’t until I stopped obsessing about my weight that I understood what worked for me. Ever since that moment, I developed a true passion for nutrition and also realized the power of knowledge and experience in this field can impact someone’s life. So, I became infatuated with my career and the desire to influence other people to take greater responsibility for their own health and happiness through their nutritional habits was born.
My passion grew stronger as I learned more and more about the field and felt the connection towards my body. My mission is to assist and teach people proper nutrition suited for their lives so they can conduct a successful and healthy lifestyle and never diet again. The combination of the practical, professional, and personal skills I have attained while pursuing my career has placed me at a strategic point with enough abilities to successfully help people with their nutritional concerns
